 Pittsburgh SO recording of Respighi
Author: smross

Hi all-
Does anyone know who the principal clarinet would be from the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra on their recording of Respighi's Roman Trilogy? The recording was made in 1994. I read on here that Louis Paul was principal until this year, but wasn't sure if this was him on the recording. Who succeeded Paul as principal? Thanks for your help!

Michael Rusinek and Tommy Thompson are the principals.

It might have been Bil Jackson that year.
