 HAND SELECT VANDOREN REEDS

I am using the vandoren hand selected 3.5 reeds on a M13 Lyre mouthpiece, do they have hand selected reeds in V12?
Has anyone used the hand selected #4? Are they really resistant? I am enjoying these, so far...easy play!
