I was just wondering if anyone happened to know Alessandro Carbonare's set up. I am especially interested in what he was playing on during his recording of the Mozart and Brahms quintets. Thanks!

I don't know for a fact, but Selmer advertises he plays Recitals and Vandoren says he plays a B40.

Interesting. I saw a picture of him, on the Selmer.fr website I believe, and he was play a C85 series mouthpiece--The one most people argue is the only mouthpiece playable on a recital
