Netflix has it if you're a subscriber. It was from an old Bell Telephone Hour.

Yes, it's from the old Bell Telephone Hour (remember those). The DVD includes Szell coaching his conducting students including a very young James Levine. I bought this recently (from CD Universe---got to "movies) so it should still be available. What a conductor!
