Hi, I'm looking for a replacement key for one of my clarinets. Can anyone tell me a place that has extra keys and parts? Thanks so much! :+)

Julie -
Most repair shops have used parts, old parts, scrap parts and more spare junk parts than they know what to do with. Try one near where you live. If that doesn't work check back here with more info about what you need for your horn.

I agree with Ron. Also, be sure to tell them the specific brand and model clarinet you're trying to find the keys for.

In general if you don't want to go to a repair shop you're limited to pulling parts off a ruined twin to your clarinet...and no guarantees that they will fit.
However, if you have a Buffet R13 with broken/worn keys these keys can be replaced by keys from a "Evette & Schaeffer" by Buffet from the same era. I have successfully done this with great results, except that the spring for the chalumeau C# key was in a different spot on the two clarinets. Both clarinets were produced in the 60's...whether this exact match would work for these twins if they were from different eras is something I don't know.
