Hello:

My wife just bought at a yard sale a G. Pruefer Clarinet stamped as such and also stamped student model. Seriel number is: 7104.
any ideas on the age/value?
It needs recorked
and there is a crack at the base where the two longer pieces fit together ( as you can tell I know nothing about clarinets.... but at least I didnt say "where the two "thingys" go together!" :) )
Is it worth repairing?
can the crack be repaired?
any idea what that would cost?
Thanks for any light you can shed on this

Dennis
