 Ross Edwards - Tower of Remoteness

So I finally managed to get a recording of this strange piece, I'm learning it for a recital exam comming up later this semester. When I recieved the music I almost laughed and dismissed it casually. Now listening to it with the piano part is a slightly different story. Does anyone know of (or played) this piece? Any tips how to go about learning/practising/playing it? Your help would be much appreciated! 2E
