 Vandoran White Master Reeds
Author: Jodi

Does anyone know anything about Vandoran White Master Reeds? I currently use V12s, but I have decided to look at some others just for fun. I am wondering what kind of sound these generally give, but no one seems to have heard of them. I have had people tell me that the BLACK master is thicker cut, but can't get anything at all on the white.

Thanks for your help!

I have some White Masters. The problem is that they are very narrow and don't fit too well on the French style mouthpieces. They are a good thickness for an Eb clarinet mouthpiece however, but you need to cut them down a bit.

White Master Reeds are conceived for German Clarinet mouthpieces. You might have more succes with the
Black Master Model.
