 Big Band Song Question
Author: CWH

I have this tune in mind but I don’t know the singer, but I believe it was done with either Benny Goodman or Artie Shaw.

The tune I believe go something like this: “ I’m a devil in the day time and an angel late late at night” then a few more lyrics followed “But when my baby comes home I’ll be love’n Mr. Right”. Also recorded with a female singer. I know totally abstract and out of context, but can you place it?

A real brain twister , but I can’t place it.

Any help would be appriciated.
Thank You
CWH

Why thank you very much indeed. I was reminded of Monty Python's "Lumberjack" song and now it's haunting me ever since. Hngggg.

I tried a Google search for Devil in morning, Angel at night [or v-v ?] and got several hits, so I suggest that you look them up, it doesn't ring my bells, and I'm that oldt. Don

Thanx, Mark, Don
