 Ferling-Rose Etudes
Author: Old Geezer
Date:   2007-08-09 16:48

It's well known Rose derived his 32 Clarinet Etudes from the 48 Etudes for oboe/saxophone by Ferling.

A lady in Texas, Christy Springer, has recorded all 48 for sax. It's interesting to hear Rose's source or inspiration. She's a terrific performer...some good audio samples are provided. You might check it out if you have the time.
