I have recently seen this P. WURLITZER Full Oehler(German System) Bb
Clarinet.
and its for sale for 4,000+
on the description it says these clarinets are the best in the world!
and that if ordered from P. WURLITZER himself theres a one and a half years waiting list. is this true??
is there possibly a better clarinet maker out there than Buffet??
i have to say the key system is extremely odd..

Buffet AREN'T the be all and end all - there are OTHER clarinets.
But EVERY clarine maker will claim to be the most innovative or best at what they do. It's called marketing.
I've only played a few Fritz Wurlitzer clarinets and these are beauties.

Hey, does anyone know who is the head of "Herbert Wurlitzer" these days. I kinda lost track after Herbert died some years ago.
