How much does a redwood Rossi clarinet weight?
it would be interesting to hear if they are lighter then the blackwood.
thanks

Hello,
I play Rossi rosewood clarinets.
I don't know the exact weight, but they are noticeably lighter than my grenadilla Buffets.

Hi Tom,
thanks for the confirmation the rosewood is lighter. Is it possible for you to weigh one of them?
I know they lighter then the Buffets (a lot of brands are) need to know the weight.
I've also emailed Ted Lane asking him but thought I'd ask on this forum.
hoping you have time,
deb
