Couesnon Monopole serial numbers and ownership

Buried in the forum is some scant information about those who own Couesnon Monopole clarinets (and who universally are pretty positive about them!).

There must be more owners out there, but more importantly, owners who know the true age of their instrument

Below is what I can glean so far. Can anybody add to it - ideally to give the serial number and known date of manufacture, though if not, to just declare their ownership and views?
