 Crusader clarinet

I recently inherited a clarinet with an engraving on it that reads "Heestond Stuart Crusaders, Oklahoma City, OK.
The only date we can tie it to is a photo of my father playing it at Weber Jr. High School, Okla.City - 1937. Is there anyone out there who can tell me something about this instrument?

My advice: If you aren't living in Oklahoma City, you should go there and seek the answer. That would probably be more reliable. Otherwise, just ask your mother, if she's still alive.

Marge, we have a daughter's family in OKC, and prob. will be there next week [Clarinet Fest in Norman!], so I'll inquire from cl friends [of my vintage] and the Weber, Jr High school. Will let you know, hope BBoard readers in OKC will also help. Don
