 clarinets got soaked-slightly worried...

hey, just a quick question, the other week i was walking home in really heavy rain, didnt practice the following day, when i went to them the following day they were soaked and all the case was (its a bam case so im not very impressed) i had to have all the corks replaced but they just dont feel right still..... is it me being paranoid or could it have affected them?? thanks,
