First of all, don't kill yourself by showing off your big forte during rehearsals - do whatever the music calls for, but do it sensibly and tastefully. For really long rehearsals, I sometimes like to use the Legere plastic reeds (Quebec cut) because of their stability and flexibility, and I don't have to worry about playing my good reeds to their deathbed. As far as embouchre strength goes, all I can recommend is a solid longtone regimen to work your chops out.
At supermarkets, they sell a dental product in the shape of your teeth (sort of like a big U) made out of wax. I forget offhand what the actual purpose of them is because I just went out bought a few hundred of them a year or two ago (braces or dentures, I think), but I cut them into small pieces that fit over my bottom two teeth when I play long rehearsals. I tend to bite a tiny bit when my chops tire out, and these help immensely in keeping my lower lip pain-free.
I hope your pit gig goes well. =]

Do what you can, and rest for the rest. If you get especially tired, drop out on whole notes where other people have melody lines. That can help rest. Are you rehearsing with the actors in this rehearsal? Or is it all just the pit music? If you're rehearsing with actors, know that a lot of the time spent will actually be on them and their lines, the way the deliver them, sound/volume, etc. In high school I had been in plenty of pits where was able to finish all my homework while waiting to play. And we had about 7 hour rehearsals!
I agree with the suggestion of plastic reeds too. Dental tape is great if you start to bite a little bit, but the long tones will help for endurance, and help you not bite in the end. I'm impressed you're in 7th grade and you're playing with HS kids. Good job! Take it easy, and do what you can...don't worry about the rest.

Ezo(?) Denture Cushion $3.99 at any pharmacy. Fifteen strips per box and you can cut each strip into 5 pieces, each of which lasts for quite some time.
