wide twelfts?

hello,

I have the following intonation problem :
All of my notes are perfectly in tune, a part from the range from throat A to clarion E. This notes happen to be VERY sharp. When I play high G ( or higher) without using the register key, and then press the register key down, there is no change in pitch. But when I do this on clarion E the pitch rises. When I go down to B , the same thing happens, and the difference in pitch becomes even bigger. The only way to get my throat tones right is to cover up to five of the tone holes with my fingers. ( wich is very unconfortable in fast passages).
Is this problem due to the phenomenen of wide twelfhts ( or is it me?). And what can I do about it ?

what kind of clarinet is it?
the throat notes can be easily fixed- nail polish. same for the B,C,D- this will bring down the bottom E,F,G. I wish we could have it both ways, too.

so you apply nail polish to your finger nails and it fixes the clarinet ?? ;-)
