Oskar Espina Ruiz played Elegia composed by Jesus Guridi on his albumn Basque Heart. Is that piece in print? Who publishes it?

The Basque composers library, eresbil, has what looks like this sheet music. I think it was originally written for the violin.

The websit is partly available in English, but the search function os only in Spanish or Basque.

If you put in Guridi, solo instrument, elegia you get a long result, but the library reference number is

e/gur-03/L-04

You can contact them and request a copy. There is a small charge, but I don't know how it works out long distance.
