 Will my tone improve after getting seasoned with new mouthpiece?

Hi everyone, recently i've changed from my Yamaha 4C to a new Vandoren B45 profile 88. I've played the clarinet for about 4 years.

Will my tone change for the better with B45 after getting seasoned with it?
