I have a b flat wooden clarinet with the name"TREIBERT" made
in Paris stamped on the bell and barrel. It was purchased new for me in 1948. I would like to know if anyone heard of this manufacturer, and any idea of its value, I had it completely refurbished. It plays very easily and the tone I was told is excellent.

He and family are likely best known for their pioneering work toward the "Conservatory" oboe systems, and Rendall speaks briefly of some of the mid 1800's work that includes clarinets. Not being shown as a modern maker makes me believe that you have a "stencil" horn just making use of a good name! Mark, can you help out? Don
