fobes debut

I've been using a Debut mouthpiece the past few months with Vandoren 2. Would like to use a stronger reed and hope to find out what others are using with success.

I started a rank beginner out with a Hite Premier and Vandoren V12 3 reeds - and he did wonderfully (he had bought my old Vito 74XX). From what I understand the Fobes Debut & Hite Premier have similar facings, and the V12 3 would be slightly softer than a regular Vandoren 3.
