 int' meeting on popular clarinet

I picked up a CD which mentions the "Quatrieme Recontre Internationale de la Clarinette Populaire." In 1992 it was held at Glomel (Cotes d'Armor) Belgium(?) It has some great taragot, clarinet and sax playing from the Banat region of Romania. I play a variety of ethnic clarinet music and would like to hear from anyone who knows anything about this conference.
