 faxx ligature?

Has anyone know anything about the faxx ligatures? or even tried them? they seem to be a clones of the rovner ligatures, but much cheaper.

Are they? The ones I found at That Auction Site list for ~15$ while the Rovners at 1stopclarinet go for ~15 as well...
