I have 5 or 6 reeds that just squeaks CONSTANTLY, I tried to flatten the back of the reed on sandpapers, but they still squeak everytime!
This problem don't just happen to one brand, maybe 3 or 4 different ones.
My mouthpeice is B45, I have a Buffet R13 clarinet, I'm sure they're all in good order. Some reeds plays perfectly.
Does anyone encountered any problems?

The key word is likely "balance." Even good reeds usually don't have the same degree of resistance from one side or the other. When those two imbalanced areas then vibrate out of sequence with one another it produces the squeaks. It then becomes our jobs as players to remove a tiny amount of cane from the "hard" or thicker side. Of course, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of opinions on exactly how to perform that job. Ridenour's ATG system, reed rush, a strip of sandpaper wrapped around a fingertip, reed knife, emory board, etc., etc, are all popular methods/equipment to balance our proverbial cane nightmare. Tom Ridenour addresses reed imbalance in his DVD that accompanies the ATG system, and he's even developed an easy test to determine the "thick" side of the reed. Assuming it is a reed problem and not a mouthpiece issue, possible causes may be:
1. reed squeeks (all registers) - entire reed out of balance / one corner may be too thin
2. reed squeeks (low register) - reed is too hard / back may be warped / tip out of balance
3. reed squeeks (middle register) - side rails too thick/ heart too thick

"Balance" was my first thought also...but extending that thought.... if you are constantly squeaking..... have you established that your mouthpiece table is not warped/distorted/out of whack in some way?
I assume even beautifully balanced reeds will honk on a warped table. Trying to balance reeds side to side in an effort to match a warped m/p table might be seen as futile.

If the squeaks are a problem with multiple reed brands, I would suspect an out-of-balance mouthpiece. Uneven baffle near the tip, or uneven rails.
