 M. LaCroix clarinet

Hello everyone! I have come across a M. LaCroix wooden clarinet. I would like to find out information about this instrument. Do any of you have an idea where I should look? The interesting part is that it only has 12 keys on it and no rings on the upper or lower joint (no bridge keys). It is made of grenadilla wood, and I assume it was made sometime during the 20th century. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks,
Sandy
