Is there any difference between RC,R-13 and Festival barrels in the Prestige range ? I ask because I have tuning problem with one 440 pitch mouthpiece on my b-flat Festival playing with 650mm barrel because I play at 442 and can't play it in tune until I have warmed up for about 3-4 minutes so it's difficult when I have to alter between b-flat and A clarinet in orchestra. When I tried two R-13 barrels one 640mm A barrel and 645mm B-flat barrel they both sounded too resistance for me,more than playing them on my backup b-flat R-13 prestige clarinet.
Ps I have also diffucult finding Festival barrel(if it's different from other models) I only find them listed as R-13 prestige,RC prestige or like at Howarth of London listed just as prestige barrels.

Why don't you personally email Francois Kloc at Buffet North America (email available from website)? He is always cordial and you can get the information from the source (rather than speculation or otherwise) from dealers.

R13 and RC barrels have slight bore difference, as does Vintage (the NEW vintage).
I asked Mssr Kloc about bore dimensions on the Eb RC vs R13, and he responded with an email that he would "get back to me." He never did despite my sending a second reminder.
I gave up and bought an Eb RC barrel to compare.
Maybe he will respond to you.
then again, maybe Steve Jobs and Bill Gates will give you their source code.

Perhaps if he is not responsive, you should ask who to contact since your inquiries have gone unanswered, via the website?

I've found Francois Klock to be totally "unresponsive." I wrote him numerous emails regarding my 1935 model 13, and never got a reply.

As far as I know the barrels of the Festival model and the R13 Prestige model are identical.

my posting was written in a bit of a hurry- it did occur to me that Francois is pretty high up the ladder for mundane requests, yet everyone feels that they can write to him with questions (mostly i suppose because he is such a nice friendly guy, or at least that's the impression i've had)
next time- i'll not go "straight to the top" but (as Mr Smith suggests) enquire through the website

I have never had any answers from Buffet to any of the numerous queries I have made in the past...I guess that is one of many reasons why I quite dissatisfied with Buffet Crampon. Here is a company which does not give a fig about it's clients.
