It is a very nice horn. i sold mine for $300. So I'm sure you can do better or offer a lower price.

The Woodwind and Brasswind offers a new E-11, for sale, in 599. You can see at http://www.wwandbw.com.
The price for a new E-11 is around 900

What's the difference between a used E-11 and a completely new one in terms of sound quality and playability?

Besides the innate differences that will always appear between clarinets - if both are in equivalent shape - nothing. The chances are, though, that the new one will need spring balancing at a minimum and the used one some work in springs and pads.
