Big bore mouthpiece and a narrow bore instrument ? or vice versa ?

It still might give the experts on this board a clue, if you told them the elements of your playing set up.

I appreciate Williams suggestion of swapping Bb and A lower joints. I've done this....there..... I've admitted it......it doesn't really explain all your problems though.
