I recently got a LeBlanc barrel that I am curious about. On the front is a small raised medallion with the words "LeBlanc" and "France". On the back near the lower ring is "II" and beneath it "66". The wood is very fine with a very good finish. I assume the "II" would indicate a particular version and that there is a "I" also? I like what this barrel does for my Sonata. Tone, evenness, projection all are improved. So if this is a plastic Vito part, please don't tell me.

I got it because it was 66mm to replace my 67mm. So it is for a Concerto II interesting. I also go a 66mm barrel that has the word "Concerto" in fairly large script. It plays differently.
Thanks

It could also be a Opus II, same barrel as the concerto II...
