Can anyone tell me about how long time it takes for people to change from Buffet(R13 and Festival) to large bore clarinet such as Eaton Elite ?

Boy, it was a long time ago that I had a similar switch from a Selmer 10G to a Boosey and Hawkes Symphony 1010. After the initial, "oh this is easy," it took about three months to settle in. The biggest difference is re-learning to voice notes to keep the pitch in line. Oh yeah, and learning to use the mouthpieces that actually work with the clarinet - only cylindrical bore mouthpieces. Thank God Eaton makes really good mouthpieces.

I've just overhauled a late '50s B&H Regent (bakelite with nickel plated nickel silver keys - not mazak keys like the wooden Regents) and the bore is 15.2mm at the middle tenon! I didn't realise they made student clarinets with a 1010 bore.
The later Regents, Edgwares and Emperors (and Imperial 926) all had 14.9mm bores (at the middle tenon).
