Rose Etude Number 5 of 32

Hello,
I am wondering in the Rose 32, in etude number 5, is the last "A" natural in that measure supposed to have a dot on it. In my edition(Carl Fischer) is doesn't. Maybe I am just counting it wrong, im not sure. Thanks

Rhythmically it is correct as a full quarter (two other quarters in that bar plus the dotted eighth and two thirty-second note figure equals a full four/four bar).

If you mean phrasing, then I suppose that's a good place to breath.
