Flubber lip is the off-the-top-of-my-head term I scared up for having a loose emboucher, maybe lazy emboucher is a better way to say it. You can get away with a soft lip for the low notes but it's a bad habit to get into.

Overblowing is when you pop up to the next odd harmonic as a result of air pressure. Whenever you play above the break, you are overblowing, and the register key is a little aid in creating the proper harmonic--makes it easier. However, you can overblow by acccident also. One common way to do that is to try to play too loud or taking in too much mouthpiece.

Hope that helps.

Flubber lips are the result of trying to seal the mouthpiece with lip-power alone. After awhile your lips flubber out and you can't keep a good seal. Wrapping the lower lip over the lower teeth gives your lips a little help with embouchure, and allows you to play longer.

Of course, adding jaw pressure to the lips leads to another set of problems. It's always something.
