I came across a free sheet music source, http://www.el-atril.com/partituras/search.html. It's in Spanish, but it's understandable enough to recognize the titles.
The music prints out somewhat smaller than actual size, but you can paste it into Word or an image editor and resize it. At least in Word, though, when you stretch it to full page size it gets a little fuzzy.
Nevertheless, it's free, and it has the Weber Concertino and Concertos #1 and #2, and various other good things.

I can't read the Spanish. Are there restrictions about the use of these scores?
