Can someone explain what full Boehm or reform Boehm system is?
Is it Mazzeo system? or different mechanism?
Is Bb mechanism same as S.K.mechanism?
I've seen picture of S.K.but cannot figure out how it works.

These are all quite distinct from one another.
Full Boehm is ordinary Boehm plus low Eb, fork Bb/Eb, articulated G#/C#, left-hand Ab/Eb. It is preferred by some players because it is easier to play in remote keys, for example when playing A-clarinet parts on the Bb, but is largely obsolete.
Reform Boehm is German bore with Boehm keywork, plus some extra resonance holes. It is mostly used in Holland and Germany.
Mazzeo is one of several designs intended to make the throat notes easier to play, and is obsolete.
