 Claude Lakey [script], M mp?

The several, current mp questions may/should attract our numerous experts, so am "lipping-in". I inherited this white plastic mp with BRUNO up near the beak. Even tho its tenon is somewhat broken off, it fits and plays quite well on its old Signet 100 [wood] cl "companion". Will look it up on the mp comparison chart, it seems "medium" but just thot I'd ask. TKS, Don

Thanx, Mark, Don

I've had a few Claude Lakey alto sax mouthpieces over the years.

The alto sax models played VERY bright and were difficult to tame.

They would probably be best used in rock settings, where the sax had to carry over amplified guitars, keyboards, etc...

For my purposes, I never found one that was to my satisfaction, thus all were eventually sold..GBK

TKS, Glenn, for the sax "feel". Perhaps some of us have the Bb [cl] C L and may comment, certainly not of "great moment" , my curiousity. Don

Thanx, Mark, Don
