 Tempos in bass clarinet excerpt from Siefgried’s Rhine Journey

In the bass clarinet solos from Siefgried’s Rhine Journey (five measures before rehearsal 3 until 15 measures after rehearsal 6) what would be good tempos to play this at? I think it's suppose to be a bit faster in the second part, but if someone more familiar with this excerpt could suggest some tempos, I'd appreciate it. In case you know the part but don't have it in front of you, I tried uploading the excerpt.

Varies with different conductors: try in the range of MM 58-63.
