I just spoke to customer service at Woodwind/Brasswind.
Their web site is currently experiencing some problems and had to be shut down for a while while it is being updated.
Thus, if you need current info on past or recent orders, it is best to call them directly or wait until their web site is functioning correctly.
They did not say how long the problem would continue...GBK

That would perhaps explain why I have been unable to login to my account for the past few weeks....
Hopefully they will resolve the problem soon. Thanks for the info.

Glenn, the banners that appear for them at the top of the page do not connect either....they link to incorrect url.
