 johm pierce clone for sax?

Hi, I tried this on the doublers bb but know one knew, Any one who uses a john pierce mouthpiece for their clarinet know of an equivalent feel for tenor sax?
jp is easy to play and makes the most efficient use of the air if you know what I mean
