Hello All Teachers,
What do you do when you receive an email from someone, out-of-country. Asking you if you could teach there son/daughter clarinets lessons. At least three times per week for a total of six months? I have received at least six emails asking me for this type of teaching. It almost sounds like a joke, or is it real? Have any of you received any email like this and have accepted?

Let's all sing the Spam song ...
"Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful spam! Spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam. Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Spam spam spam spam!" - Monty Python
And with a one letter change:
"Scam scam scam scam. Lovely scam! Wonderful scam! Scam sca-a-a-a-a-am scam sca-a-a-a-a-am scam. Lovely scam! Lovely scam! Lovely scam! Lovely scam! Lovely scam! Scam scam scam scam!"
Tell them you want $800.00 and hour. They'll accept ... they did for me ...

I got a similar one but it said that they lived locally here and wanted me to teach and babysit/nanny for a 6 year old who would be taking the lessons!
I didn't waste the time to reply...
