what mouthpeice brand and size will give the darkest possible tone and what type for the altissamo register with reed size and brand?

It depends on the person. I really like my Greg Smith 1* mp. It gives a clear tone in the altissimo and sounds great! Good mp makers are Greg Smith, Hawkins, Gigliotti, Pyne, Bay, Fobes, and Borbeck. You just need to try the various mouthpieces to see what fits best for you. Not all reeds will fit with the same mouthpieces either. I found this out with a bad box of reeds, but found a good box a week before my jury. At my jury, WOW...!

What's "dark" really mean? Check in the Klarinet archives and search for "dark" and Leeson. There's no general agreement by any means ...
and the combination to use varies so widely per person (and per day!) that it's impossible to really help you. You need to spend some time in a store that has a lot of mouthpieces to find one that suits you. Even among the fine makers listed by Kim (and there's more) each supplies different facings and styles - and they wouldn't make those variations unless someone could make use of them.
I have no idea which direction you should go in, since I don't know what "dark" means to you, I don't know what you sounds like now, I don't know what you sound like with a change going in one direction, or what you sounds like with a change in another. Even if I did, I'd have trouble because I can't see waht you're doing with your embouchure.
Do you have a teacher? If so - that's where you need to start. They might be able to point you towards the right direction. If you don't have a teacher, then you really need one to help out, at least in this step. They can evaluate what you're doing and help you with the choice. The fact that you're asking the question is good, but it points towards your needing some expert and personal guidance at this point.
