I have a recording of the Mozart Serenade in C minor recorded by the Oslo Philharmonic Wind Soloists and it is a total of 22 minutes 44 seconds. The movements are broken down as follows:
Allegro: 7 minutes 59 seconds
Andante: 4 minutes 11 seconds
Menuetto in Canone: 4 minutes 12 seconds
Allegro: 6 minutes 22 seconds
Best of Luck!!! This piece sounds like it will be a blast to perform!!!

There is an arrangement made by Mark Popkin for the Clarion Wind Quintet of the Mozart variations on Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star. I'm not sure of the publisher but a Google of Popkin, Clarion, etc. might get you the publisher. I wouldn't swear on it, but I think I say it at one time on the Luyben website.
It's a cute piece and very audience friendly. It's medium hard. Each instrument has a solo variation or two if I remember correctly.
On Edit.
Here you go. I found this on a google search.
Variations (12) On "Ah! Vous Dirai-Je Mamn," K. 265 : For Woodwind Quintet / Arr. By Mark Popkin.
Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus, (1756-1791.)
Bryn Mawr: Elkan Vogel ©
Score & 5 Parts
Edition #/ISBN: 16400134

We have an arrangement of Mozart Divertimento n 12 for quintet, very nice.
Original for quintet, but you have to like it : La Cheminée du Roi René (Darius Milhaud)
There is also a 'Trout Quintet variations' (Schubert/ ar. John Newhill) that is fun to play.
And what about the 'founder of woodquintet' Reicha 88/2 really very nice, or a Danzi quintet ?
And don't forget Ferenc Farcas 'Ancient dances' for quintet !!!

Arnold Shanties: 8 minutes
Nielsen Quintet: 24 minutes with repeats, 22 without
Taken from our quintet pad...
Berio Opus Zoo: 7 minutes
Taffanel Quintet: 18 minutes (and boy does it feel it...)
Verdi Force of Destiny Overture (arr. Joachim Linckelmann): 8 minutes

The Taffanel being 18 minutes... is that with or without repeats? I'm inclined to think without. Fun piece to play though.
For easy to put together, I'd recommend Sour Suite, by Herman Stein. I'd guess about 6-8 minutes. You could also put together King Rene, which runs perhaps 10-12?
