For fans of "Beyond Silence" and/or Giora Feidman:
I'm curious about a nice little calypso duet played by the characters Lara and Clarissa in a nightclub scene in this movie. I have transcribed the parts as played in the movie, but was wondering if there might be a more extended treatment either on the soundtrack album or on something with Giora Feidman. The soundtrack appears to be out of print.
Also, I don't know the name of the piece.
Anyone know about this piece?

Yes, thats a nice movie.
The name of this piece is "Roter Salon" (Red Salon).
Played by Giuseppe Solera (clarinet). I guess, he played
first and second clarinet, and they cut it together (just a guess).
The soundtrack is not out of print (at least not in Germany). Look here:

"Roter Salon" was composed by Jochen Schmidt-Hambrock. Look here:

and here:

And thats all about it. No scores available (afaik). Sound on the cd is the same as in the movie.
Have fun
