Does anyone know of a site where I can buy the full collection of Mozart and/or Beethoven Symphonies?

Amazon/just about any other store that sells classical music.
I enjoy Jeffrey Tate's/English Chamber Orchestra complete Mozart set...on EMI from memory.
There are so many collections of Beethoven's symphonies you'll be spoilt for choice. Karajan with the Berlin Phil was the first set anyone ever bought me...

There are so many to choose from. I have the complete Mozart Symphonies played by the English Concert (period instruments), and the premier recording of the complete Beethoven on period instruments played by the Hanover Band in the early 80s

Peter - the Hanover Band's Beethoven is good, yeah? I like Elliot Gardner's version but always looking for something a bit different. Our own Tasmanian Symphony recorded the complete Beethoven symphony cycle, but they plonked a fortepiano into the orchestra and I hate listening to it.
Without music, the world would be grey, very grey.

Peter - whilst I'm at it ... the EBS Mozart leaves me a little cool, but not as cold as Hogwood's boring versions, can you recommend another period set?

Yeah, the Hogwood Mozart and Beethoven are nothing special. Gardner's Beethoven is truely revolutionary. Had the good fortune to play Beethoven 3 with him on the early instruments, that was something.
Look out for the Orchestra of the18th Century they have some great recordings of both Mozart and Beethoven. Try the English Concert with Trevor Pinnock for the Mozart quite something. Also the last 4 Mozart with the London Classical Players with Rodger Norrington, i have them and they are great also.
Can't think of any others at the moment.
