Two Great Craftsmen/Gentlemen

I just had the pleasure of dealing with John Butler (a sponsor) and Allan Segal (a sponsor). Allan modified a barrel I bought form him on ebay for a Dynamic H clarinet also purchased on ebay. I had the horn sent to John directly for an overhaul and he found some non-declared problems (what a surprise) :-) which he took care of after consulting with me. I did notify the seller and he offered a refund or a credit. I decided on the credit. I just wanted to thank John and Allan for being there, and all of the extra help and personal service. These guys are real credit to our community!

Bravo and kudos. Both are at the top of their craft, smart, problem solving, and friendly - what more could you ask for!

Bravo and kudos from me also! John and Allan are both big on customer service, and very easy to work with. I have recommended them to others many times!
