What mouthpieces do bulletin board readers like for an A clarinet? Are there mouthpieces designed specifically for an A clarinet?

No. They're the same.
E.G., you use the same mouthpiece for both instruments.
A few players will have a different mouthpiece for each instrument, but most use the same one on both horns.

Pomarico (last year?) came out with a mouthpiece marketed for "A" clarinets, but I wouldn't know how it is different than their "Bb" mouthpieces. I suppose that since so many Buffet R-13 "A" clarinets (probably the most common brand/model in this country, anyway) tend to play stuffy (so I've read), a good choice of mouthpiece for such a clarinet might be one with little resistance.
But as Paul pointed out, just about all orchestral clarinetists use the same mouthpiece when they switch between "A" and "Bb" clarinets.
