Does anyone know if there is a website out there that lists the instrumentations of orchestral pieces? I know that there is a book that exists that librarians use but was wondering if anyone knew of another way to find out. Thanks.

Using the major music publisher's web sites (Kalmus, Boosey & Hawkes, Luck's, Schirmer, etc...) you should be able to find the instrumentation of most every orchestral work...GBK

Kalmus' catalogue is problematic, I find, as they often publish editions that were or are not the composers' final versions. Having said that ... yes, I agree with Glenn, they pretty much tell you all you need to know.

Without music, the world would be grey, very grey.
