Hi,
I'm looking for Clarl Stamitz clarinet concerto in E flat (Darmstadter), but I cannot find it in the web. If you know where a recording can be found, please tell me. My mail: marcin_domanski@interia.pl

Some here disagree, but a decent recording is part of the Dowani 3 Tempi Play Along, Dowani # 7006.
The Tre-Tempi series includes the music, a performance, and a CD with up-to-tempo orchestral accompaniment, and two slower tempo piano reductions.
I find them useful.

The Eb Darmstadter Concerto ("Darmstadter No. 1") is identifed as No. 7 in (what appears to be) the most recent/widely used numbering system for Stamitz' concerti. It has been recorded by Eduard Brunner in Vol. I of his series of Stamitz concerti (Tudor 739), Sabine Meyer in Vol. II of her series (EMI 7243 5 55511 2 2), and Kalman Berkes in Volume I of his series (Naxos 8.553584). I am pretty sure the Brunner recording is out-of-print. Amazon.com (US) lists both the Meyer and Berkes recordings as in-stock. I expect you can find it in their European sites as well. If all else fails, a US$20 subscription to the Naxox website will give you access to this and many other Naxos recordings from your computer.
Best regards,
jnk
