Most of that kind of thing you're going to have to buy. There's one Benny Goodman transcription out there. I think you can get it from Lubyen Music in Kansas City.

It's been my experience that when you want non-classical music, you need to use your ear. Klezmer, Dixieland and Jazz are aural tradition musics.
Now, I have a half speed - full pitch shareware program called 'the turtle' my husband found a while back. Email me if you're interested and I'll ask him how he found it. I play along with slowed down version. I can hear it, hum it and find it.
You can pick up some of the nuances, that cannot be written. Klezmer and Dixieland both have a bunch of little style things you can't really write out anyhow.
Also do a search engine thing for Klezmer, there's a sheet music place that specialises in that, but I don't have the URL. You might search for Dixieland too, I bet people have written out interesting solos.

I know for sax, the hal leanord music company publishes alot of the great solos transcribed, john Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, Sonny Sitt Ect. There is probably a book out there that will have exactly what you are looking for, try an online book store.
