I play on a pair of Boosey & Hawkes 10-10s but my mouthpiece is now really old and past it. I do not know where to obtain a suitable replacement. Can anyone help please?
I am in Sheffield, England.
Cheers,

Check w/ Peter Eaton. He's a Sponsor of Sneezy.Org and is listed on the Sponsor's page (check the menu below).

I agree,
Peter Helped my with a report I did having to do with clarinet manufacturing and told me that his original clarinets were 10-10 copies. He makes custom MPs so if he does not make a suable match he sertainly know the instrument well enough to customize one for you.

In addition to the Peter Eaton approach, you can simply have a normal mouthpiece bored out to the cylindrical bore dimensions suitable for the instrument. You may find you need to go to Leeds or Manchester for that operation. I believe that Peter Eaton Elite clarinet shares the same design of mouthpiece as the 1010, so he should have a host of mouthpieces to send you, and should be au fait with the equivalent of the 1/2/3 mouthpiece typing system which Boosey & Hawkes employed.

I play on Boosey 1010s and I went to Taplow near Reading under recommendation from my teacher, Anton Weinburg custom made me a mouthpiece to exact specifications he will also custom design the mouthpiece to your own specifications. He is based at Dawkes Music.
