 The Second Waltz

I'm looking for a fakebook version or lead sheet of this theme from what I believe is the Shostakovich Second Symphony. It is featured on the Andre Rieux recording, "More Waltzes For You". I have done some google searches and have visited a few music stores and inquired but to no avail. There are collections of waltz themes, including some of Shostakovich, arranged as pop tunes, but no Second Waltz. Anyone know anything? Thanks.
